5min away for Vedettes de Paris on the other side of the River, the Museum of Modern Art City of Paris was built for the 1937 International Exhibition. It is a perfect example of the Art Deco architecture and style.

It’s collections are the reflect of French and European artistic trends of the 20th century : from fauvisme to contemporary creation century, as well as Cubism, Paris School, Abstraction-Creation, Lyrical Abstraction, new realism, Arte Povera or conceptual Art.

The temporary exhibitions are an essential part of the Museum activity with important retrospectives (Pierre Bonnard, Raoul Dufy, Giorgio de Chirico, Basquiat…).
