It’s collections are the reflect of French and European artistic trends of the 20th century : from fauvisme to contemporary creation century, as well as Cubism, Paris School, Abstraction-Creation, Lyrical Abstraction, new realism, Arte Povera or conceptual Art.

The temporary exhibitions are an essential part of the Museum activity with important retrospectives (Pierre Bonnard, Raoul Dufy, Giorgio de Chirico, Basquiat…).

The ARC, the contemporary department, proposes thematic or monographic exhibitions to show to the general public the most innovating artistic trends.
