Is it still be possible to privatize a cruise ?

I bought a cruise ticket but I won’t be able to use it because you are closing, what do you propose ?
In accordance to our commercial policy, Vedettes de Paris extends the validity of your tickets bought at the cash desk or on our website.
In order to do so, please send us a copy of our tickets at email@example.com
If your bought ticket from one of our reseller, please contact them directly.
I couldn’t use my ticket due to quarantine, what can you propose?
If you have purchased a cruise ticket on our website or at Vedettes de Paris’ ticket office, and if that ticket has reached its end of validity during quarantine, we will extend your tickets. To obtain that extension, please send us a copy of your tickets at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have purchased your tickets from one of our partners, we recommend contacting them directly so that they can process your request.
You are closed for my bithday. Can I benefit from you birthday offer on another day?
We are sad to learn we will miss your birthday ! Unfortunately, this offer is only valid on the day of your birthday, upon presentation of an identity document. This offer cannot be postponed to a later date. We can wait to celebrate with you next year !
Which measures have been taken due to COVID-19?
To protect yourself and others from the spread COVID-19, we implemented several measures:
- Wearing a mask is mandatory on board for passengers aged 11 years-old or over.
- Hydroalcoholic gel is available on board as well as toilets.
- Places on board are limited in order to respect social distancing.
- 2H of free parking for Vedettes de Paris’ customers.
I would like to book a cruise for a group, what should I do?
For every booking request for more than 10 pax, feel free to contact us at email@example.com, indicating the number of participants (adults and children), the desired date and time, as well as your desired options on board.
For less than 10 pax, it is not necessary to book in advance, you can come whenever you want. We nevertheless recommend to present yourself at the boarding gate 30 minutes before the departure of the cruise.
How to come to Vedettes de Paris?
Find our access map and nearby public transports here. We also have a car park accessible from the Bir Hakeim bridge. Parking is free for 2H for Vedettes de Paris’ customers with a cruise ticket.
Do I have to book in advance?
It is not necessary to book in advance, tickets for cruises are available at the ticket office on the day of your cruise. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend that you favor the purchase of tickets online: https://www.vedettesdeparis.fr/?lang=en
Available tickets are valid for 90 days and can be use at any time during their validity period.
